For run clubs
Run club software that handles everything but the running
Fifty people RSVP, nineteen show up, and the group chat is a wall of "who's coming tomorrow?" — the run club stack of Instagram, WhatsApp and a spreadsheet stops working the month your club gets popular. IRL.OS runs the whole club from one system, under your club's own name.
Weekly runs on rails
Set up your Tuesday track night and Saturday long run once — capacities, meeting points, member-only slots, waitlists that auto-promote when someone drops. Runners get your club's own iOS and Android app with every run in one place, personal calendar feeds, and push reminders that actually reach them (no algorithm in between).
Fix the RSVP problem
Free events attract flaky RSVPs — and pay-to-join kills the vibe. IRL.OS gives you a third option: accountability. Attendance is tracked automatically at check-in (QR or a geofence around the meeting point), no-show rules are configurable per event, and your most-wanted sessions can require a real attendance record to book. Clubs that turn this on see their show-up rate become the thing members brag about.
Pace groups and post-run coffee
Group matching assigns checked-in runners into pace groups — and remembers who ran together last time, so newcomers actually meet people. Every run opens its own chat room on schedule and retires it afterwards; the post-run coffee organizes itself through member-run meetups instead of dying in a 300-person WhatsApp group.
Memberships, kit and sponsors
Turn regulars into members: paid tiers with early booking windows, member pricing on paid sessions and socials, and perks you define. Sponsor conversations get easier when your dashboard shows real attendance, growth and retention — not follower counts.
Run club software — fair questions
Does IRL.OS work for free run clubs?
Yes. Free events are first-class: RSVPs, waitlists, check-in and no-show accountability all work without charging anyone — and paid socials, races or memberships can be added whenever the club is ready.
Can we run several groups per session?
Yes — capacities and tickets per group, plus automatic pace-group matching at check-in that mixes newcomers in and avoids repeating last week's groups.
Do runners need another app?
They get your app — your club's name and icon in the App Store and Google Play, with runs, chat, their pace group and their new connections inside. That's an upgrade over a group chat, not another tool.
What does it cost for a run club?
Pricing is a flat platform fee plus usage, quoted openly on a call — there's no per-runner toll, and payments for paid events or memberships run on your own Stripe account.
