Attendance is tracked automatically at check-in by QR or a geofence around the meeting point, no-show rules are configurable per event, and walk-ins can be charged at the door. Door volunteers get event-scoped access — check-in for their event, not the member list.

GDPR consent trails, self-service account deletion, per-category notification opt-outs, and Germany's legally required cancellation button (Kündigungsbutton) — standard, not a lawyer's invoice. This system operates a real German community under real German law today.

What about GDPR and German consumer law?
Built in, not bolted on: consent trails, self-service account deletion, per-category notification opt-outs, and even Germany's §312k-compliant public cancellation button. This system operates a real German community under real German law today.
Do all members have to be paying members?
No. Ticketing is one of eight modules and one-off tickets are a valid use — mix ticketed events, free meetups and members-only formats in one calendar, each with its own pricing, capacity and access rules.
We're a small Verein — is it overkill?
Everything scales down: door tools work for 15 guests, memberships work at 50 members, and you adopt module by module. What doesn't scale down is duct-taping five tools together.
